Performance characteristics
(1) This equipment is welded from approximately 16mm steel plates, and is processed by CNC milling machine tool after vibration or tempering aging.
(2) The hydraulic station is controlled by superposition valve and electromagnetic reversing valve, and adopts Automatic variable plunger pump and Y motor.
(3) The main control component of the electrical box adopts a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller.
(4) The end cover clamp should be installed and replaced with a quick installation fixture, which has a fast response.
(5) The end cover press mounting machine body is a box shaped whole, and the machine bed workbench is lifted up and down by hydraulic oil cylinder screw rods, thus achieving a smooth lifting action of the press mounting machine.
(6) The press mounted oil cylinder of the machine tool is a composite cylinder composed of a piston rod. Telescopic tip, spring tip. Composed of cylinders, etc.
(7) Pressing the end cover: First, adjust the machine tool to the corresponding height, drive the cylinder head to extend, and its top is placed in the center hole of the motor shaft. Then, retract the cylinder, place the positioning fixture on the top, hang the end cover in front of the electromagnet, and connect it to the electromagnetic power. Then, drive the cylinder head to move forward, and the end cover is pressed onto the machine casing. Press it in place, and the pressure rises. After the electric contact shock resistant pressure gauge sends a signal, control the cylinder to press back, The electromagnet is powered off, retracts to the position, and the Assembly line advances to a station.
Assemble a motor, with a maneuvering time of 25 seconds. Replace the mold and adjust the machine tool in approximately 18 seconds.
(8) Equipment performance: Press fit Y160-315 motor end cover. Adding molds can also press motor bearings. Pressing and installing a motor end cover (bearing) takes 60 seconds, replacing the mold takes 5 seconds, and the entire machine bed takes 15 seconds.
