This machine has an independent power structure and electrical system, and adopts centralized button control, which can achieve three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic. Equipped with a constant temperature controller and an automatic unloading return device, the motor can stop rotating while maintaining pressure, and the finished product can be counted using a counter.
The working pressure, pressing speed, and forming range of this machine can be adjusted according to the process needs, and can complete two process methods: fixed pressure and fixed range forming. The process of constant pressure forming has pressure maintaining and delayed automatic return action after pressing.
